Рассматривается феномен экфрасиса в современной русской прозе через призму его коммуникативных и субъектных функций. Доказывается, что традиционные подходы, сложившиеся в основном на поэтическом материале, не учитывают специфику функционирования экфрасиса в прозаическом нарративе, где он выступает не столько тематическим мотивом, сколько ключевым узлом, усложняющим субъектную организацию и порождающим множественность точек зрения. Теоретические положения иллюстрируются анализом произведений Д. Бавильского, Д. Рубиной, А. Матвеевой и Э. Лимонова. Делается вывод, что экфрасис в современной прозе является важнейшим инструментом рефлексии над природой искусства.
This paper examines the phenomenon of ekphrasis in modern Russian prose through the lens of its communicative and subject-related functions. It argues that traditional approaches, developed primarily based on poetic material, fail to account for the specifics of how ekphrasis functions in prose narrative. In prose, ekphrasis acts not so much as a thematic motif but rather as a key node that complicates the subject structure and generates a multiplicity of points of view. These theoretical propositions are illustrated by an analysis of works by D. Bavilsky, D. Rubina, A. Matveeva, and E. Limonov. It is concluded that ekphrasis in modern prose is the most important tool for reflection on the nature of art.
